The Client:

The client is Little Creatures. They require you to design and develop a concept for a temporary bar (activation space). This bar must be able to be erected and removed without leaving a footprint in the environment.
Little creatures is a local company who believe in teamwork and effective and environmentally friendly design.

The Requirements:
• must have room for 2 taps
• adequate fridge space
• room for 4 kegs (in coolroom/fridge)
• room for 3 bar staff
• grey water recycling system
• must fit on one trailer to be relocated
• must come with adequate proposed outdoor seating (some under cover)
• storage for glasses, misc products

The Location:
The chosen location for this activation space is Steampacket Gardens on Geelong’s waterfront. This location has been selected to coincide with the proposed development of the Yarra Street Pier. The concept is to ensure that Little Creatures can activate a bar in a short amount of time for when people arrive from the cruise ships and so it can be removed once the cruise ship as departed.
